How to use a Computer (Vista) as a Wireless Adapter for Xbox 360

The video shows you how to bridge (share) a connection between a laptop running Vista and an Xbox 360. This is especially useful if your Xbox 360 is too far away from your router to plug the Ethernet cable into and/or too far away from your router to get a good signal with your Wireless Network Adapter. This is also a good option if you don’t want to spend $100 for the wireless network adapter.

FAIL. What a dumb rumor. I got RROD A few months ago and sent in my xbox (which was still covered by the 3-year extension) and they sent me a BRAND NEW console within a week. Since, however, I have discontinued use of the intercooler.

  • Because you have that intercooler you realise your warranty is automatically voided, Right? stupidest move EVER.

  • so i recently bought a network adapter and i can get it to work the light on the back is red and where i tyr to scan for networks there are none available. do you have to have a wireless router ? and does ther network have to 802.11a b or g ? cause mine is 802.11 n .. whatever that means please reply it would be greatly appreciated thanks !

  • it dont work for me idk if thats because i have vista basic can u help me with this?

  • Thanks so much! :D
