  I wouldn’t even rate it as a joke. It was told by some drunken moron. As Adam had expected, no-one laughed.
  Darkjoker112 has reiterated the supposed ‘joke’ above.
  This has no reflection on Adam, he is relating a story that really pissed him off. And, as no-one in the audience laughed or applauded, I think it is a pretty clear indication that the vast majoritiy of Australians were offended by this.
