Acer HD 23″ H233H Monitor Review
Here is my new Acer H233H 23″ HD 1080P Ready monitor. This in my opinion has got to be the best monitor in its price point. With its Beautiful piano black finish and its 40000:1 Contrast ratio it makes it one of the sharpest looking monitors in its Categorie. With Acer cutting away from its boring black matte finish on there typical monitors, it also allows them to integrate a new feature called the smart sensor touch. This makes the monitor 95% buttonless, makeing the power button the only true button on the whole monitor. Also has built in 5 Watt speaker for your HDMI in for Xbox 360, or HDDVD player, or any other HDMI device. @Kinguto if you registered the monitor with acer your good to go, if not, then try to warranty it through the store you got it from.
my power button is broke………. i bought a 2 yr warranty or 4 yr, i cant find receipt
With no output sound jack on the monitor, this mean you can never use independent external speakers when you have it hooked up to your ps3? I have this problem…

hey i have prob i have exact same monitor and i got my xbox connected on it whit my pc but when i play on my xbox i try plugin in my headset on green thing on the back but it doesnt work it keeps giving me the lame sound of the speakersof the monitor and i dont like that so any help ?? i tryd everything

@VietPho Is the device thats pluged into the HDMI running when you switch? if it isnt the monitor will not stay on that input.
So, I have HDMI hooked up to my xbox 360 and VGA to my computer monitor. Why is it when I hit the “input” button, it does not show the hdmi?
It just blinks “HDMI” in black screen and then blinks a bunch of time “VGA” and goes back to my computer monitor. What is going on?

dude i play this all the time with call of duty mw2 and Halo 3! Whenever i want to switch to my regular computer monitor i just press “Input” and it does the rest for me, and the screen is beautiful. My monitor never gets hot…unless i dont turn it off but then again anything would get hot. I got it for 180$ including taxes at BestBuy, which is surprising because I’ve gone there now and it’s like 200$+. Mine doesn’t have slow response though…
