Archos 7 Home Tablet Video Review
A video review of the Archos 7 Home Tablet. It’s a 7″ Android tablet with WiFi, but no phone. It runs Android 1.5 and has a resistive touch screen. It’s available with up to 8 gigs of flash storage and it has a microSD card slot to further expand storage. It runs on a 600MHz CPU with 128 megs of RAM, and typical of Archos, it has a good video player. It’s inexpensive at $199 but you get what you pay for. No offense..But how are you a mobile reviewer and can honestly say “There is no market because its 1.5″?? You sound un educated..let me school ya hear. Google Apps a.k.a. Apps. Is the ONLY portion of Android that IS NOT Open Sourced and requires Google’s licensing to use. To avoid Lawsuit they did not include it. Just like the Augen Tablet has to remove the Google Apps now because they used it without Licensing it from Google first. ::::ANDROID 101..know wtf you’re talking about. Thanks!

resistive screen, but at this price it’s a great product for childrens who want watch movies or play games during trips in a car…

@99koolkid dont get it. i have had archos products and they break down beause they are poorly made, also their support is terrible
I would really like a tablet but im not ready to dish out 600$ on the ipad for it to be outdated in january /april and other tablets like the streak are to small and basically a phone… should i buy this , i kinda want it but if the internet and app store are laggy idk
If I wanted a tablet/ phone I would rather buy a Nokia N900.
