@akidshuffle NO a DSLR. Because the DSLR stands for D-Digital, S-single, L-lens, R-reflex. The last part , the R is the difference. It cuts the size and weight down by almost half because there is no reflex mirror box. Watch the video and it is explained in the beginning

It has everything a Entry Level DSLR has but only thing it’s missing is the mirror and penta prism…
I don’t really like penta prism…i guess I might put this camera as an option besides Canon 550D
